ORDINANCE NO. 44 , 1978
BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 82-3
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
RELATING TO PARS ACQUISITION FEES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS
That Section 82-3 of the Code of the City of Fort
Collins be, and the same hereby is, amended by adding thereto
at the end thereof the following:
"In the event any structure already connected to a City
utility is remodeled so that the number of dwelling
units within such structure is increased, an additional
fee of two hundred thirty five dollars ($235. ) for each
additional unit added in the structure shall be payable
by the property owner and collected before the building
permit for such remodeling is issued."
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and
ordered published this 18th day of April , A.D 1978,
and to be presented for final passage on the 2nd day of
May A.D. 1978.
