BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING C PTER 118 OF THE CODE OF
THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING
ORDINANCE AND CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE
PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE DREHER FIRST ANNEXATION
TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 118 of
the Code of the City of Fort Collins, be and the same hereby is, changed
and amended by including the property known as the Dreher First Annexation
to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in the H-B, Highway Business District
and the I-P, Industrial Park District, as follows
(a) H-B, Highway Business District
Beginning at a point which bears North - 1042 90 feet and
again East - 190 00 feet from the S W corner of Section 1 ,
Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the 6th P M , thence
North - 94 7 feet, thence East - 40 0 feet, thence North -
189 4 feet, thence West - 40 0 feet, thence North - 625 0 feet,
thence West - 15 00 feet, thence North - 43S 92 feet, thence
East - 390 0 feet, thence S 00 41 '50" W - 1068 15 feet, thence
S 89°59' W - 118 64 feet, thence South - 276 60 feet, thence
S 89054050" W - 200 00 feet, thence West - 40 0 feet to the
point of beginning (10 5060 acres)
(b) I-P, Industrial Park District
Beginning at a point which bears North -01042 90 feet and
again East - 230 00 feet, and again N 89 54 50 E - 200 00
feet, and again North - 276 60 feet, and again N 89°59' E -
118 64 feet, from the S W corner of Section 1 , Township 7
North, Range 69 West of the 6th P M , thence N 00 410 0" E��-
1068 15 feet, thence East - 7�5 00 feet, thence S 00 41 50
W - 1067 94 feet, thence S 89 59' W - 735 00 feet to the
point of beginning (18 0171 acres)
Section 2 The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to
amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this ordinance
