BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 118 OF THE CODE OF
THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING
ORDINANCE AND CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE
PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE EAST VINE DRIVE FOURTH ANNEXATION
TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 118
of the Code of the City of Fort Collins, be and the same hereby is,
changed and amended by including the property known as the East
Vine Drive Fourth Annexation to the City of Fort Collins , Colorado,
in the C, Commercial District and the H-B, Highway Business District,
as follows
(a) C, Commercial Zoning District
Begin at a point which bears N 89059 ' E - 230 01 feet
from the SW corner of Section 1, Township 7 North,
Range 69 West of the 6th P M , thence north 350 13 feet
more or less to the gouth bank of the Lake Canal, thence
alons said south bank S 77032' E - 167 76 feet, and again
S 81 05 ' E - 152 13 feet, and again S 83038 ' E - 319 90
feet, thenc8 leaving said south bank, south 254 68 feet,
thence S 89 59 ' W - 632 02 feet, to the point of
beginning
(b) H-B, Highway Business Zoning District
Begin at a point 0onthe north bank of the Lake Canal
which bears N 89 591 E - 230 01 feet and again North
398 92 feet from the SW corner of Section 1, Township
7 North, Range 69 West og the 6th P M , thence North
549 21 feet, thence N 89 54150" g - 200 00 feet, thence
South - 590 05 feet, thence N 78 32 '30" W - 204 08
feet, to the point of beginning
Section 2 The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed
to amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this ordinance.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 16th day of May, A D 1978, and to be presented for
final passage on the 6th day of June, A D. 19
