BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 39, 1978, BY DELETING THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION
IN SAID ORDINANCE AND BY SUBSTITUTING A NEW
LEGAL DESCRIPTION THEREFOR
WHEREAS, on April 18, 1978, the Council of the City of
Fort Collins approved and adopted on final reading Ordinance
No 39, 1978, which placed approximately seven acres of
property into the B-P, Planned Business District, and
WHEREAS, said ordinance did not contain an accurate legal
description of the property owned by the petitioners of the
zoning request and intended by the City Council to be zoned.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FORT COLLINS that Ordinance No 39, 1978, be amended, and
the same hereby is, by deleting the legal description therefrom
and by substituting therefor the following legal description.
A tract of land situate in the NW 4 of the NE k of
S23 T7N R69W more particularly described as follows
Commencing at the NW corner of the NEh of Section 23,
thence S 0 22' E 30 00 feet to a point, thence East
parallel to the North line of Section 23 , 778 75
feet to the point of beginning, thence East parallel
to the North line of Section 23, 541.25 feet, thence
South 563.36 feet, thence West 541.25 feet, thence
North 563 36 feet to the point of beginning, said
tract containing 7 acres more or less.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and
ordered published this 6th day of June , A.D 1978,
and to be presented for final passage on the day of
