BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN COLORADO STATE UNIVERSITY RESEARCH
FOCRCATICN, A PRIVATE NON-PROFIT CORPORATION
AND THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COIORADO
PLACING RESTRICTICHS ON THE USE OF PROPERTY
MNEDD BY SAID CORPORATION AND AUTHORIZING
THE FXECLITICN OF SAID AC3tEEIENT
WHEREAS, on April. 18, 1978, the Council of the City of Fort Collins
adopted an ordinance on final reading which zoned approximately seven acres
of property owned by Colorado State University Research Foundation (herein-
after referred to as CSUM , in the B-P, Planned Business District, and
WHEREAS, on May 16, 1978, at a regular meeting, the City Council
by urot3.cn approved an agreement between CSURF and the City which limited
the uses of the property to a hotel/motel complex plus any normal and custo-
mary accessory uses thereto, and further, authorized the City Manager and
the City Clerk to execute said agreement, and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to approve said Agreement by ordi-
nance and to authorize the execution of said Agreement by the City Manager
and City Clerk
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that that certain agreement dated May 16, 1978, between CSURF and
the City which limits the uses on approximately seven acres of property
awned by CSURF and recently rezoned by the City into the B P, Planned
Business District be approved, and 1t hereby is, and further, that the City
Manager and the City Clerk be authorized and they hereby are, to execute
said agreement on behalf of the City
