BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS BY CHANGING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY
KNOWN AS THE VIPONT-EAST OLIVE STREET REZONING
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
That the zoning district map of the City of Fprt Collins,
Colorado, adopted by the zoning ordinance of the City of Fort
Collins, is hereby amended by changing the zoning classification
from R-H, High Density Residential District to B-G, General
Business District for the following described property in the
City, to-wit
Lot 1 and the South Forty (40) feet of Lot 2.
Block 132, City of Fort Collin , Colorado.
