KNOWN THE BAETZ-WEST MULBERRY STREET REZONING

BE IT ORDAINEDsBY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS-
That the zoning district map of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, adopted by the zoning ordinance of the City of Fort
Collins, is hereby amended by changing the zoning classification
from R-L, Low Density Residential District to R-P, Planned

Residential District for the following described property, to-wit
A tract of land in Lar�iv�ter County, Colorado, described
as. Beginning at a poin.2155 feet West of the NE
corner of Section 16, Township 7 North, Range 69 West
of the 6th P.M. , thence West 82.5 feet, thence South
160 feet, thence West 82.5 Meet, thence South 1160
feet, thence East 165 feet, °thence North 1320 feet to
the point of beginning; EXCEPT beginning at a point
on the North line of said Sectgon 16, which bears N.

and (1) share of the capital stock of West Mulberry

with all its appurtenances.
