BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS BY CHANGING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY
KNOWN AS THE MILLER-BRISTLECONE DRIVE REZONING
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
That the zoning district map of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, adopted by the zoning ordinance of the City of Fort
Collins is hereby amended by changing the zoning classification
from I-L, Limited Industrial District to H-B, Highway Business
District, for the following described property in the City,
to-wit.
Lots 3 - 10 Evergreen Replat Filing I Block
3, Larimer County, City of Fort Collins
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and
ordered published this 5th day of July , A D 1978, and
to be presented for final passage on the 18th day of July,
