BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 113=3
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
RELATING TO THE UTILITY REFUND PROGRAM FOR
THE ELDERLY AND PROVIDING FOR PAYMENT OF
SUCH REFUND UPON RECEIPT OF ONE OR MORE OF
THE CITY UTILITY SERVICES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS-
Section 1. That Section 113-3 of the Code of the City of Fort
Collins be, and the same hereby is, amended to read as follows
"Section 113-3 Amount of Refund The annual amount of
refund payable hereunder shall be as follows
Utility Service Received Amount of Refund Per Year
Sanitary Sewer S 5.00
Water $10.00
Electric $15.00
Any refund payable hereunder shall be made at the same
time as the tax refund made pursuant to said Chapter 106 "
Section 2. That Section 113-4 (b) of the Code of the City
of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, amended by deleting
the word "and" and substituting therefor the word "or"
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and
ordered published this 18th day of July , A D 1978 , and
to be presented for final passage on the t day of August,
