BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 106
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
RELATING TO THE TAX REFUND PROGRAM FOR THE
ELDERLY AND CHANGING TIME LIMITS RELATING TO
THE APPLICATION FOR SUCH REFUND
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That Section 106-2 of the Code of the' City of
Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, amended by deleting the
date "October 15" therefrom and substituting therefor the date
"December 31" .
Section 2. That Section 106-3 (B) of the Code of the City
of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, amended to read as
follows
"B. The applicant must be a resident of the City as
of August 1 of the year in which the application is
submitted and must have been a resident of the City
during the preceding year when the property tax was
assessed. "
