BEING N ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE ITY OF FORT COLLINS BY CHANGING THE ZONING
LASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY
KNOWN AS E BURNHAM-SOUTH SHIELDS STREET REZONING
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
That the zoning istrict map of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, adopted by a zoning ordinance of the City of Fort
Collins, is he ame ed by changing the zoning classification
from R-L, Low Density R idential District to R-H, High Density
Residential District for the following described property in
the City, to-wit.
