BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 118-41 1A(2)
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING A PART OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND
RELATING TO PERMISSIBLE BUILDING COVERAGE IN
THE R-L-P, LOW DENSITY PLANNED RESIDENTIAL ZONE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
that Section 118-41 1A(2) of the Code of the City of Fort Collins
be and the same hereby is, amended to read as follows•
"2. Any use permitted in the R-M, Medium Density
Residential District with a maximum density of
six (6) units per gross acre for residential
uses sub]ect to being shown on a unit develop-
ment plan defined, processed and approved in
accordance with the provisions of Section 118-83
of this Chapter "
