BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 118-81 G
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING A PART OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND
RELATING TO THE PLACEMENT OF FENCES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
that Section 118-51 G (2) of the Code of the City of Fort Collins
be, and the same hereby is, amended by deleting the words and
figures "thirty (30) feet" and substituting therefor the words
and figures "twenty (20) feet".
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and
ordered published this 1st day of August , A D 1978 ,
and to be presented for final passage on the 15th day of August,
A.D. 1978.
