BEING AN ORDINANCE AM IDING SECTION 36-1
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT CQLLINS
RELATING TO THE DEEERM= OF PAYMENT
OF ASSESSMENTS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CMCM OF THE CITY CF FORT COLLINS that
Section 36-1 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby
is, amended by deleting therefrom the following portion of said section
"Chapter 16 or Sections 95-37 through 95-46 inclusive, of "
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 1st day of August , A D. 1978, and to be pre-
sented for final passage an the 15th day of August A.D
