BEING AN ORDINANCE REPEALING AND AMENDI G
THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
RELATING TO HAWKERS AND PEDDLERS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CI OF FORT COLLINS
as follows
Section 1 That Section 73-29 of t Code of the City of
Fort Collins be, and it hereby is, repea ed
Section 2 That Section 73-30 of the Code of the City of
Fort Collins be amended by the delet n in its entirety of the
presently existing section and the bstitution therefor of the
following language.
"A. The fee for an auctio eer's license shall be
One Hundred Dollars $100 00) per year, payable
in advance
B. All annual licens s issued hereunder shall terminate
on December 31 o each year, and the fee for a
renewal license hall be due and payable on
January 1 of e h year Whenever an applicant
who did not ho d a license for a previous year
applies after January 1 for a license, the Director
of Finance s all prorate the license fee and charge
only that p t applicable to the remaining part
of the who year In making such proration, the
