OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A FRANCHISE
AGREEMENT FOR CABLE COMMUNICATIONS SERVICES
WITH THE WORLD COMPANY, INC
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
as follows
Section 1 That the Mayor be, and he hereby is , authorized
and directed to execute the attached franchise agreement for
cable communications services with the World Company, Inc
Section 2 That the franchise established in the agreement
attached hereto shall become effective upon its being approved
by vote of the electors of the City of Fort Collins , Colorado
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and
ordered published this 5th day of September A D 1978,
and to be presented for final passage on the 19th day of
September A D. 1978
