BEING AN ORDINANCE VACATING A UTILITY EASEMENT IN THE
LANDINGS, FIRST FILING
WHEREAS, there was dedicated for public purposes to the
City of Fort Collins a ten (10) foot utility easement in the
Landings, First Filing, and
WHEREAS, the northern four (4) feet of such easement is
not needed for municipal purposes nor will the same be needed for
municipal purposes in the future; and
WHEREAS, the owners of the property across which the easement
is located have requested that the City of Fort Collins vacate
the northern four (4) feet of said easement
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FORT COLLINS that the following, to-wit.
The northern four (4) feet of the ten (10)
foot utility easement at the rear of Lots 50 ,
51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56 , 57 , 58, 59 , 60, 61,
62 , 63, 64 , 65, 66 , 67, 68 , and 69 and
Tracts D, H, I, J, K, and L, of the First
Replat of the Landings, First Filing, in the
City of Fort Collins , Colorado,
be, and the same hereby is, abated, vacated and abolished
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and
ordered published this 19th day of September A D 1978, and
to be presented for final passage on the 3rd day of October,
