BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 118 OF THE CODE OF
THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING
ORDINANCE AND CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE
PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE WEST HORSETOOTH ANNEXATION
TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter
118 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins, be and the same
hereby is, changed and amended by including the property known
as the West Horsetooth Annexation to the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, in the R-L-P, Low Density Planned Residential District
as follows:
Townshi 7 North, Ran a 69 West of the 6th P.M.
Section 5 NW1 4, except that certain parcel of
real estate containing approximately
four (4) acres described as follows
Considering the West line of the NW
1/8 of said Section 35 as bearing N
00 00100" E, and with all bearings
contained herein relative thereto
Commencing at the West 1/4 corner of
Section 35, said point also being the
true point of beginning; thence, along
said West line N 00 00 ' 00" E, for
312 00 feet to the most northern
point of the tract, thnnce, leaving
said Section line Sb 89 53100" E, 558 46
feet, thence, S 000 00 '00" W, 312.00
feet, thence, N 8953100" W, 558 46
feet to the true point of beginning
Section 2. The City Engineer is hereby authorized and
directed to amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with
this ordinance.
