BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS BY CHANGING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY
KNOWN AS THE LARKBOROUGH REZONING
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS.
That the zoning district map of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, adopted by the zoning ordinance of the City of Fort
Collins, is hereby amended by changing the zoning classification
from T, Transition Zoning District and R-L-P, Low Density Planned
Residential to R-P, Planned Residential Zoning District and R-L-P,
Low Density Planned Residential District for the following
described property in the City, to-wit
A tract of land located in the SE 1/4 of Section 35,
T7N, R69W, of the 6th P M , of Larimer County, Colorado,
being more particularly described as follows
