BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING rffWrER 118 OF THE CODE OF
THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING
ORDINANCE AND CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE
PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE FOX MEADOWS ANNEXATION TO
THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS
Section 1 That the Zoning District Map adopted by the
Chapter 118 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and
the some hereby is, changed and amended by including the
property known as the Fox Meadows Annexation to the City of
Fort Collins , Colorado, in the RLP , Planned Low Density
Residential Zoning District, as follows
The North 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 32,
Township 7 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P M ,
Larimer County, Colorado, which considering the
North line of said Section 32 as bearing S 89'
34114" East and with all bearings contained herein
relative thereto, is more particularly described
as follows: Begin at the Northwest corner of said
Section 32 and run thence South 89*34114" East
2647 34 feet to the North 1/4 corner of said
Section 32, thence South 00*00124" West 1334 68
feet, thence North 89'27'57" West 2646 52 feet,
thence North 00*01149" West 1329 85 feet to the
point of beginning, containing 80 9522 acres, more
or less.
and the following described property known as the Fox
Meadows Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado,
in the T. Transition Zoning District, as follows
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Section 32,
Township 7 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P M ,
and run thence South 89'34 ' 14" East 500 00 feet,
thence South 00'01 '49" East 1330 76 feet, thence
North 89'27 ' 57" West 500 00 feet , thence North
00°01 '49" West 1329 85 feet to the point of begin-
ning, containing 15 . 2692 acres , more or less
Section 2 The City Engineer is hereby authorized and
directed to amend said Zoning District Map in accordance
with this Ordinance.
