Home My WebLink About114 - 12/19/1978 - APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR EXPENDITURE DURING 1978 ORDINANCE NO 114 , 1978 BEING AN ORDINANCTAFPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR EXPENDITURE DURING 1978 WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins has received revenues in excess of the budget estimates for the year 1978, and WHEREAS, Section 15, Article V of the Charter of City of Fort Collins permits the Council to authorize the expenditure of revenue received by the City in excess of the budget estimates for the current budget year, and WHEREAS, the City Council has considered where such funds can best be expended, and WHEREAS, the funds so received have not yet been appropriated for expenditure in 1978 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS Section 1 That there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1978 from the General Fund, the total sum of ONE HUNDRED FORTY-NINE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED TWENTY-SEVEN DOLLARS ($149,727) as follows Transfers $ 120,000 00 Recreation 18,000 00 Building Inspection 11,727 00 Section 2 There is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1978 from the Capital Improvements Fund the total sum of TWENTY-EIGHT THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED FORTY-ONE DOLLARS ($28,541) as follows Parkland Fund $ 26,981 00 Conservation Trust Fund 1,560 00 Section 3 That there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1978 from the Equipment Fund the sum of ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-THREE TnOUSHND EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTEEN DOLLARS ($123,818) Section 4 That there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1978 from the Transfort Fund the sum of THIRTY-EIGHT THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS ($38,400) Section 5 That there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1978 from the Revenue Sharing Fund the sum of EIGHTY THOUSAND THIRTY-THREE DOLLARS ($80,033) Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered pub- lished this Sth day of December, A D 1978 and to be presented for final passage on the 19th day of December, A D 1978 ATTEST ayor SSISTAN T u-tyCity C erc Passed and adopted on final reading this 19th day of December, A D 1978 ATTEST Maywo Zy 4er -2-
