BEING AN OROINANTE—AMENDING
SECTION 112-66(A) OF THE CODE
OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
RELATING TO PAYMENTS IN LIEU
OF WATER RIGHTS AND INCREASING
THE AMOUNT OF SAID PAYMENTS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS that Section
112-66(A) of the Code of the City of Fort Collins be and the same hereby is
amended by deleting therefrom the words and figures ONE THOUSAND TWO
HUNDRED DOLLARS ($1,200) and substituting therefor the words and figures
ONE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS ($1,600)
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered pub-
lished this 5th day of December, A D 1978 and to be presented for final
passage on the 19th day of December, A D 1978
