ORDINANCE AMEPDING SECTION 2-39 D
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
RELATING TO THE POLICEMEN'S PENSION FUND
AND INCREASING THE CONTRIBUTION THEREOF
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That Section 2-39 D of the Code of the City of Fort
Collins be, and the same hereby is, amended by deleting therefrom the words
and figures "six percent (6%)" and substituting therefor the words and
phrases "seven percent (7%) "
Section 2 That the effective date of this Ordinance shall be
January 8, 1979
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 19th day of December, A D 1978, and t e presented for
