ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2-65 OF THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS RELATING TO
THE DIVISION OF PURCHASES AND THE PURCHASING AGENT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS that Section
2-65 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins be and the same hereby is
amended by deleting therefrom the words and figures, "FIFTY DOLLARS
($50 00)" and substituting therefor the words and figures, "WO HUNDPED
DOLLARS ($200 DO)" and that the last sentence of Section 2-65 be and the
same hereby is amended by deleting the phrase, "all receipts be filed %,ith
the Purchasing Agent and that, " therein
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 19th day of December, A D 1978, and to be presented for
final passage on the 2nd day of January, A D 197
