HomeMy WebLinkAbout127 - 01/02/1979 - ZONING THE KEN-MARK ANNEXATION ORDINANCE NO 127 , 1978 BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 118 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE KEN-MARK ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS Section 1 That the Zoning District Map adopted by the Chapter 118 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, changed and amended by including the property known as the Ken-hark Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in the R-L-P, Low Density Planned Residential Zoning District, as follows A tract of land being the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 and the East 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 28, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the 6th P M , County of Larimer, State of Colorado, being more particularly described as follows Considering the East line of the Southeast 1/4 of said Section 28 as bearing S 00°00'00" West, and with all bear- ings contained herein relative thereto, Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Section 28, thence aloni the South line of the Soutneast 1/4 of said Section 28, S 89 17'57" West, 1980 67 feet, more or less, to the Ilest- East 1/64 corner between said Section 28 and Section 33, thence along the West line of the East 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of said Section 28, N 00*11116" East, 1329 10 feet, more or less, to the West-Center- Southeast 1/64 corner of said Section 28, thence along the North line of the South 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4, N 89009'57" East, 1976 38 feet, more or less, to the South 1/16 corner between said Section 28 and Section 27, thence along the East line of the Southeast 1/4 of said Section 28, S 00°00'00" West, 1333 65 feet, more or less, to the Point of Beginning, subject to all rights-of-way, easements or restrictions as now in use or on record Containing 60 465 acres, more or less, gross Section 2 The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to amend said Zoning District Map in accordance witn this Ordinance Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub- lished this 19th day of December, A D 197 and to be presented for final passage on the 2nd day of January A 1979 7 ay EST City Clerk Passed and adopted on final reads his 2nd day of January, A D 1979 a V A T City Clerk -2-
