BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 118 OF THE CODE OF
THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COMMONLY KNOVN AS THE ZONING
ORDINANCE AND CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE
PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE HARMONY-LAVAUX
ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That the Zoning District Map adopted by the Chapter 118 of
the Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, changed
and amended by including the property known as the Harmony-Lavaux Anrex-
ation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in the R-H, High Density
Residential Zoning District, as follows
A tract of land situate in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 36,
Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the 6th P M , Larimer
County, Colorado, which, considering the South line of the
Southeast 1/4 of said Section 36 as bearing S 89'50'30" East
and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto
Commencing at the South 1/4 corner of said Section 36, thence
N 00°10'40" West 30 00 feet to the true point of beginning,
thence N 00°10'40" West 189 91 feet, thence S 89052'00"
East 198 00 feet, thence S 00°10'40" East 190 00 feet,
thence N 89°50'30" lvest 198 00 feet to the point of begin-
ning containing 0 86343 acres, more or less, with 50% of the
exterior boundary being contiguous to the present boundary
line of the City of Fort Collins
Section 2 The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to
amend said Zoning District Map in accordance witn this Ordinance
Introduced, considered favorably or first readin and ordered pub-
lished this 15Lh day of December, A 0 1978, an be presented for
final passage on the 2nd day of January, A D 1979
