BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 118 OF THE CODE OF
THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING
ORDINANCE AND CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE
PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE FOOTHILLS FOURTH
ANNEXATION TO ThE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That the Zoning District Map adopted by the Chapter 118 of
the Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, changed
and amended by including the property known as the Foothills Fourth Anne, -
ation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in the RM, Medium Density
Residential Zoning District, as follows
A tract of land situate in the North 1/2 of the Northeast
1/4 of Section 20, To4nship 7 North, Range 69 West of the
Sixth P M , Larimer County, Colorado, which, considering the
East line of said Northeast 1/4 as bearing S 00*14' West and
with all bearings contained herein relative thereto, is
contaired within the boundary lines which begin at a point
on the South line of the North 1/2 of said Northeast 1/4
which bears 5 00*14' West 1,390 85 feet and again S 8EO23'
West 952 00 feet from the Northeast corner of said Section
20 and run thence S 86*23' West 268 00 feet, thence N 01013'
West 668 59 feet, thence N 86023' East 240 00 feet, thence S
03037' East 668 00 feet to the point of beginning, contain-
ing 3 8951 acres, more o, less
Section 2 The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to
amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this Ordinance
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 19th day of December, A D 1978, and t prPbented for
final passage on the Ind day of January, A 0 1979
