BEINC AN ORDINANCE AMENDINC THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF
THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFI-
CATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE
BAETZ-WEST MULBERRY REZONING
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS that the
Zoning District Map of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, adopted by the
zoning Ordinance of the City of Fort Collins, is hereby/amended by changing
the zoning classification from "R-L , " Low Density Residential Zoning
District to "R-L-P," Low Density Planned Residential District for the
following described property in the City known as the Baetz-West Mulberry
Rezoning
A tract of land in Larimer County, Colorado, described as
Beginning at a point 1 ,155 feet West of the NE corner of
Section 16, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the 6th P M ,
thence West 82 5 feet, thence South 160 feet, thence West
82 5 feet, thence South 1 ,160 feet, thence East 165 feet,
thence North 1 ,320 feet to the point/of beginning, EXCEPT
beginning at a point on the North line of said Section 16,
which bears N 89*34 1/2' W 1 ,165 feet from the Northeast
corner of said Section, thence North 89*35 1/2' W 72 5 feet,
thence S 0025' E 160 feet, thence/N 89*35 1/2' W 82 5 feet,
thence S 0*25 ' E 168 6 feet, thence S 89*35 1/2 ' E 155
feet, thence N 0025' W 328 6 feet' to the point of beginning,
together with 9/40 of (1 ) share/of the capital stock of the
Pleasant Valley and Lake Canal' Company, County of Larimer,
State of Colorado, and a parcel of land described as
commencing 1 ,320 feet West of the NE corner of Section 16,
Township 7 North, Range 69/Test of the 6th P M , Larimer
County, Colorado, thence West 165 feet, thence South 1 ,320
feet, thence East 165 feet, thence North 1 ,320 feet to the
place of beginninq, toqether with 1/4 of (1 ) share of the
capital stock of the Pleasant Valley and Lake Canal Company
and 1 share of the capital stock of West Mulberry Water
Association, County of Larimer, State of Colorado, with all
its appurtenances /
