ORDINANCE NO 5 , 1979
BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE VIII
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AND FIXING THE SALARIES OF THE CITY MANAGER,
CITY ATTORNEY, AND MUNICIPAL JUDGE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That Section 2-22 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins
relating to the salary of the City Manager be, and the same hereby is,
amended by deleting therefrom the words and figures "thirty-eight thousand dol-
lars ($38,000 ) per annum," and by substituting therefor the words
and figures $40 , 660 per annum "
Section 2 That Section 2-23 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins
relating to the salary of the City Attorney be, and the same hereby is,
amended by deleting therefrom the words and figures "twenty-five thousand dollars
($25,000 ) per annum," and by substituting therefor the words and
figures " $26 , 750 per annum "
Section 3 That Section 2-24 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins
relating to the salary of the Municipal Judge be, and the same hereby is,
amended by deleting therefrom the words and figures " twenty-eight thousand
dollars ($28,000 ) per annum," and by substituting therefor the
words and figures " $29 , 960 per annum "
Section 4 That in order to be consistent with the adoption of the
new, city-wide pay plan, the salaries set forth in this Ordinance shall be
deemed to become effective January 8, 1979
