BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9-4 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS RELATING TO COMPENSATION PAID TO MEMBERS OF THE BOARD
OF ELECTIONS _
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCTI OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS that
Section 9-4 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same
hereby is, amended by deleting therefrom the following words and figures,
to-wit "Two Dollars and Sixty-five Cents, ($2 65)" and by substituting
therefor the following "Two Dollars and Ninety Cents ($2 90)"
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 16th day of January, A D 1979, and to be presented for
final passage on the 6th day of February, A D 19
