OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS AUTHORIZING
THE CITY ATTORNEY TO SET THE SALARIES OF
THE ASSISTANT CITY ATTORNEYS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That the salaries of the Assistant City Attorneys shall be
set by the City Attorney
Section 2 That the Assistant City Attorneys shall be deemed to be
nonclassified service employees for purposes of the position classification
and compensation plan
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 6th day of February, A D 1979I, and to be presented for final
passage on the 20th day of February, A D 1979
