ORDINANCE NO 19 , 1979
BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR
CERTAIN PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE HCI-
MITCHELL/EAST HORSETOOTH ROAD PROPERTY REZONING
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS that the
Zoning District Map of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, adopted by the
zoning Ordinance of the City of Fort Collins, is hereby amended by changing
the zoning classification from "T," Transition Zoning District to "B-P,"
Planned Business Zoning District for the following described property in
the City known as the HCI-Mitchell/East Horsetooth Property Rezoning

A tract of land situate in Section 25, Township 7 North,
Range 69 West of the Sixth P M , Fort Collins, Colorado,
described as follows
Considering the South line of said Section 25 as bearing N
89°45'30" E. and with all bearings contained herein relative
thereto, is contained within the boundary lines which begin
at a point on the North right-of-way line of Horsetooth
Road, which bears N 89°45'30" E 1130 05 feet, and again N
00014'30" W 50 00 feet from the Southwest corner of said
Section 25, and run thence S 89°45'30" W 135 00 feet along
the North right-of-way line of Horsetooth Road and again
along the arc of a 15 00 foot radius curve to the right a
distance of 23 56 feet, the chord of which bears N 45°14'30"
W 21 21 feet to the east right-of-way line of Plaza Drive,
thence along said East right-of-way line N 00°14 30" W
140 83 feet, and again along the arc of a 460 00 foot radius
curve to the left a distance of 31 20 feet, the chord of
which bears N 02°11 '05" West 31 19 feet, thence along said
East right-of-way line along the arc of a 460 00 foot radius
curve to the left a distance of 152 27 feet, the chord of
which bears N 13'36'40" W 151 58 feet, and again N 23°05'40"
W 104 79 feet, thence N 89045'30" E 1017 32 feet to a point
on the West right-of-way line of Stanford Road, thence along
said West right-of-way line along the arc of a 287 80 foot
radius curve to the right a distance of 190 88 feet, the
chord of which bears S 18'45'30" W 187 90 feet, and again
along the arc of 387 80 foot radius curve to the left a
distance of 257 20 feet, the chord of which bears S 18*45'
30" W 252 51 feet , and again along the arc of a 15 00
foot radius curve to the right a distance of 23 56 feet, the
chord of which bears S 44°45'30" W 21 21 feet to a point on
the North right-of-way line of Horsetooth Road, thence along
said North right-of-way line S 89*45130" W 632 30 feet to
the point of beginning, containing 8 7071 acres, more or
less
