BEING AN OPDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR
CERTA N PROPERTY KNO14N AS THE GOLDEN
MEADOWS CENTER REZONING
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS that the
Zoning District Map of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, adopted by the
zoning Ordinance of the City of Fort Collins, is hereby anended by changing
the zoning classification from "T," Transition Zoning District to "B-P,"
Planned Business Zoning District for the following described property in
the City known as the Golden Meadows Center Rezoning
Begin at a point which bears N 00*01150" W 170 00 feet, and
again S 89°37'23" E 27 22 feet, and again S 44°57'23" E
71 10 feet, and again S 89`37'23" E 1220 00 feet from the
Southwest corner of Section 31 , Township 7 North, Range 68
West of the Sixth P M , and run thence N 14*30' E 325 00
feet, thence N 07°37'20" W 175 23 feet, thence N 47*00' E
235 00 feet, thence S 89°37'23" E 1070 00 feet, thence South
650 'O feet, thence N 89040 '53" W 54 00 feet, thence N
89037'23" W 1246 feet to the point of beginning, containing
18 295 acres more or less 11
