BEING AN ORDINANCE VACATING A
PORTION OF A UTILITY EASEMENT ON
LOT 188, SOUTHMOOR VILLAGE, SEVENTH FILING
CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
WHEREAS, the City Council has been petitioned to vacate a portion of a
utility easement on Lot 188, Southmoor Village, Seventh Filing, in the City
of Fort Collins, Colorado, as more particularly described below, and
WHEREAS, said utility easement is not needed by the City of Fort
Collins, and
WHEREAS, it appears that the rights of the residents of the City of
Fort Collins will, in no way, be prejudiced or injured by the vacation of
said utility easement
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the following described utility easement, to-wit
A part of the utility easement on Lot 188, Southmoor
Village, Seventh Filing, Fort Collins, Colorado, which
begins at a point which bears North 89*24' E 10 00 feet
and again South 00036' E 8 00 feet from the northwest
corner of said Lot 188 and run thence North 89024' E
82 00 feet, thence South 00*36' E 9 84 feet, thence
South 02*22' W 10 17 feet, thence South 89024' W
3 48 feet, thence North 00*36' W 18 00 feet, thence
South 89*24 ' W 56 22 feet, thence South 47*36' W 29 21
feet, thence North 00*36' W 21 47 feet to the point of
beginning '
be, and the same hereby is, abated, vacated and abolished
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered pub-
lished this 13th day of March, A D 1979, and to be presented for final
passage on the loth day of April , A D 1979
