BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR
CERTAIN PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE
WHARF PHASE II REZONING
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS that the
Zoning District Map of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, adopted by the
zoning Ordinance of the City of Fort Collins, is hereby amended by changing
the zoning classification from "B-P," Planned Business Zoning District to
"R-P," Planned Residential Zoning District for the following described
property in the City known as the Wharf Phase II Rezoning
�A tract of land situate in the Northwest 1/4 of the North-
west 1/4 of Section 36, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of
the 6th P M , Fort Collins, Colorado, which considering the
North line of the said Northwest 1/4 as bearing N 89*56' E
and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto is
contained within the boundary lines which begin at a point
which bears N 89"56' E 950 00 feet and again S 00053150" W
726 00 feet and again N 89"42' E 227 93 feet and again S
00*18' E 80 00 feet and again N 79'38'05" E 75 70 feet
from the Northwest corner of said Section 36 and run thence
S 00*18' E 249 58 feet, thence S 63°32'40" W 154 92 feet,
thence S 28*24130" E 78 00 feet, thence S 31016 '30" E
120 00 feet, thence S 00*41130" E 31 13 feet, thence S
30008'30" E 271 96 feet to a point on the East line of the
Northwest 1/4 of the said Northwest 1/4, thence N 00"18' W
824 34 feet, thence S 42*16' W 14 84 feet, thence along the
arc of a 216 56 foot radius curve to the right a distance
of 103 20 feet, the long chord of which bears S 55055105" W
103 22 feet to the point of beginning
