BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 112
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY
OF FORT COLLINS RELATING TO
PRORATION OF WATER AND SEWER FEES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS as follows
Section 1 That Section 112-54 of the Code of the City of Fort
Collins be, and the same hereby is, deleted in its entirety and the fol-
lowing language substituted therefor
"§112-54 Proration of Charges
The minimum charoe for flat rate and metered
water users will be prorated on the basis of
actual number of days served when service is
instituted or terminated on other than the
beginning or ending day of the billing period "
Section 2 That Section 112-85(D) of the Code of the City of Fort
Collins be, and the same hereby is, deleted in its entirety and the fol-
lowing language substituted therefor
"§112-85 Billing and Payment of Charges
D The minimum charoe for sewer users will be
prorated on the basis of actual number of days
served when service is instituted or terminated
on other than the beginning or ending day of
the billing period "
