ORDINANCE NO 50 , 1974
BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 118 OF THE CODE OF
THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING
ORDINANCE AND CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE
PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE HORSETOOTH SOUTH THIRD ANNEXA-
TION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS
Section 1 That the Zoning District Map adopted by
Chapter 118 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins, be and
the same hereby is changed and amended by including the
property known as the Horsetooth South Third Annexation to
the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in zoning districts as
follows
The following described portion of said annexation,
to-wit
A tract of land situate in the Northwest 1/4 of
the Northwest 1/4 of Section 36 , Township 7 North,
Range 69 West of the Sixth P M , Larimer County,
Colorado, which considering the West line of the
Northwest 1/4 of said Section 36 as bearing N
00'29 ' W and with all bearings contained herein,
relative thereto, is contained within the boundary
lines which begin at the Northwest corner of said
Section 36 and run thence N 89045130" E 950 00
feet along the North line of the said-Northwest
1/4, thence S 00049' 30" West 628 08 feet thence S
89045130" W 381 80 feet thence N 10025 ' W 19 10
feet thence N 03032 ' W 140 10 feet thence S
89°31 ' W 484 59 feet to the point on the East
right of way line of U S Highway 287, N 00005 ' W
100 00 feet along said right of way line, thence S
89°31' W 59 21 feet to a point on the West line of
the said Northwest 1/4, thence N 00*29 ' W 371 60
feet to the point of beginning
in the H-B Highway Business District
The following described portion of said annexation,
to-wit
A tract of land situate in the Northwest 1/4 of
the Northwest 1/4 of Section 36, Township 7 North,
Range 69 West of the Sixth P M , Larimer County,
Colorado, which considering the West line of the
Northwest 1/4 of said Section 36 as bearing N
00*29 ' W and with all bearings contained herein,
relative thereto, is contained within the boundary

950 00 feet from the Northwest corner of said

feet to the Northeast corner of the Northwest 1/4

627 98 feet along the East line of the Northwest
1/4 of the said Northwest 1/4, thence S 89145130"

the point of beginning

Section 2 The City Engineer is hereby authorized and

directed to amend said Zoning District Map in accordance
with this ordinance i
