BEING AN ORDINANCE Af,ENDING SECTION 112-66(A)
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
RELATING TO PAYMENT IN LIEU OF WAFER RIGHTS
AND DECREASING ThE AIOUNT OF SAID PAYMENTS
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Fort Collins that Section
112-66(A) of the Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby
is, amended by deleting therefrom the words and figures "One Thousand Nine
Hundred Dollars ($1 ,900 00)", and substitutinq therefor the words and
figures "One Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars ($1 ,700 00)"
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished tnis 15th day of December , 1981, and to be presented for final
