OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AMENDING ARTICLE VIII OF CHAPTER 2 OF THE CODE
OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS AND FIXING THE SALARY
OF THE CITY MANAGER
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS as follows:
Section 1. That Section 2-22 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins
relative to the salary of the City Manager be, and the same hereby is,
amended by deleting therefrom the words and figures "Sixty Thousand Dollars
($60,000) per annum" and by substituting therefor the words and figures
"Sixty-Seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($67 ,500) per annum".
Section 2. That the contractual arrangement between the City Manager
and the City of Fort Collins be updated and that it include a statement
providing for a period of sabbatical training during 1984.
Section 3. That the effective date of this Ordinance shall be Jan-
uary 1 , 1984.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 13th day of December, A.D. 1983, and to be presented for final
passage on the 20th day of December, A.D. 1983.
