OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITT—OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATIONS
BETWEEN CAPITAL PROJECTS
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15 of the City Charter authorizes City
Council to transfer appropriated amounts from one project to another
project; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to continue a program of converting existing
mercury vapor streetlights to more energy efficient high pressure sodium
streetlights; and
WHEREAS, funds are available in an appropriated Capital Reserve for
transfer to this project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the following transfer be authorized:
FROM: Capital Reserve $42,935
TO: Streetlight Conversions $42,935
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered pub-
lished this 6th day of Dec. , A.D. 1983, and to be presented for final
passage on the 20th day of Decemb A.D. 1983.
