OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING A TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT AT THE
FRONT NINE AT SOUTHRIDGE GREENS PUD
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has been petitioned
to vacate a temporary construction easement located at the Front Nine at
Southridge Greens PUD; and
WHEREAS, there will remain in place a six (6) foot permanent utility
easement for maintenance purposes; and
WHEREAS, the rights of the residents of the City of Fort Collins will
in no way be prejudiced or injured by said vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that that all ten (10) foot temporary construction easements at the
Front Nine at Southridge Greens PUD be, and the same hereby are, vacated,
abated and abolished.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 6th day of December, A.D. 1983, and to be presented for final
passage on the 20th day of Decemberqo .1983 10
