OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED
REVENUE IN THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15 of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate unanticipated revenue received
at any time during the year; and
WHEREAS, the City has received $3,990.00 in unanticipated revenue from
Mr. Larry Van Dusen; and
WHEREAS, such revenue has been designated to rehabilitate Mr. Van
Dusen' s house.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated the sum of Three Thousand Nine
Hundred Ninety Dollars ($3,990.00) in the Community Development Block Grant
Fund for expenditure for house rehabilitation.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-

passage on the 151h day of November A. D. 1983.`
