OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN APPROPRIATION OF CAPITAL RESERVES
OF THE EQUIPMENT FUND
WHEREAS, the City owns various vehicles which need to be replaced;
and
WHEREAS, the City desires to provide an upgraded City fleet on a
continuing basis; and
WHEREAS , capital reserves of the Equipment Fund are sufficient
to cover the replacement costs of the old vehicles.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated the sum of SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSA14D
DOLLARS ($75 ,000) from the capital reserves of the Equipment Fund to be
used for the purchase of ten (10) new vehicles.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 18th day of October, A.D. 1983, and to be presented for final
passage on the 1st day of November, A.D. 1983.
