OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED
REVENUE IN THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate unanticipated revenue at any
time during the year in which such revenue is received, and
WHEREAS, the City has received additional funds for the 1981-82
Community Development Block Grant Program totalling $26,000, and
WHEREAS, the City has received $2,500 from Volunteers Clearing House
for rehabilitation work on their facility
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1981 from
unanticipated revenues in the Community Development Block Grant Fund, the
sum of TWENTY-EIGHT THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($28,500)
