BEING AN ORDINANCE AMEND-MG SECTION 82-3
OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS RELATING TO
PARKLAND FEES AND INCREASING THE AMOUNT
OF SAID FEE TO $550 00
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS AS FOLLOWS
Section 1 That Section 82-3 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins
be, and the same hereby is, amended by deleting therefrom the words and
phrases "five hundred dollars ($500 DO)" and adding thereto the words and
phrases "five hundred and fifty dollars ($550 DO)"
Section 2 The increase in Parkland Fees set forth above shall
become effective on January 1, 1982
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 6th day of October 1981, and to be presented for final
passage on the 20th day o Oc�r 1981
