OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN OPDINANCE AMENDING 32-6 (C) (1)
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AS IT RELATES TO FEES FOR ALARM PERMITS AND LICENSES
WHEREAS, inflation has increased the cost associated with the munici-
palities' provision of municipal services, and
WHEREAS, municipalities depend upon revenues obtained from the collec-
tion of license fees to offset the costs associated with the provision of
said services, and
WHEREAS, that certain license fee as set out more particularly below
should be increased in order to effectively offset the cost associated with
the provision of said services
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS
Section 1 That 32-6 (C) (1) of the Code of the City of Fort Collins
be, and the same hereby is, amended to read as follows
§32-6 (C)
1 "Fifty Dollars ($50) to cover the cost of processing the
applications and permits, and"
Section 2 That said amendment become effective January 1 , 1982
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 6th day of October, A D 1981 , and to be presented for final
passage on the 20th day of October, A D 1981
