AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF"APPROPRIATIONS
BETWEEN CAPITAL PROJECTS
WHEREAS, Article, V, Section .15,, of the Charter �of_ the�Cityo_f Fort
Collins—authorizes City•Council to transfer appropriated amounts from. one
project to-another project; and -
'WHEREAS,"-funds are appropriated`i n- Parkland' Fund MAdmi ni strati on
and are available for transfer 'to park pr.ojects; 'and `:
WHEREAS, there is an 'ongoing need for replacement and expansion
of equipment in existing parks and the City wishes to consolidate the total
park equipment replacement budgets in one, project; and
WHEREAS, funds are need for final- -design costs for Landings Park.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE. COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the sum of FORTY TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS ($42,000) be, and hereby
is, transferred from Parkland Fund Administration to the following pro-
jects:
Park Equipment Replacement $ 40,000'
Landings Park $ 2,000
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading; and ordered pub-
lished this 3rd day of May, A'.D'. 1983 , and to be presented for final
passage on the 17th day of May, A.D. 1983.
