OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE, APPROPRIATING FUNDS FROM
ACCUMULATED RESERVES IN THE PARKLAND FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 8 of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate for expenditure reserves accumu-
lated from prior years, and
WHEREAS, the Parkland Fund has accumulated prior year reserves in the
amount of Three Hundred Seventy-Nine Thousand Six Hundred Forty-Five and
no/100 Dollars ($379,645 00), and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has favorably re-
viewed the planned expenditures of the Parkland Fund as follows

Rolland Moore 70,000
Warren Park 252,465
Landings 11,250
Golden Meadows 5,300
Blevins 4,000
Spring Park 4,000
Overland Park. 6,000
Contingency 1,630
Total $379,645
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT OPDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1980 from
reserves accumulated in prior years in the Parkland Fund, the total sum of
Three Hundred Seventy-Nine Thousand Six Hundred Forty-Five and no/100
Dollars ($379,645 00) for the projects and in the amounts designated
above
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 1st day of April ,/ 1 80, and to be presented for
final passage on the 15th day of r 1980 Q�
