AMENDING CHAPTER 35 OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS INSOFAP
AS IT RELATES TO THE CONTROL OF ANIMALS, BIRDS, AND INSECTS
AND PROVIDING FOR EXCEPTIONS TO THE APPLICATION OF SAID CHAPTER
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS that Chapter
35 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins, be, and the same hereby is,
amended by the addition thereto of Article XVII as follows
ARTICLE XVII
EXCEPTIONS
§35-58 Exceptions The provisions of this Chapter
are subject to such exceptions as may be
provided in Chapter 118 of the Cooe of the
City of Fort Collins, Zoning
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
