VACATING A UTILITY EASEMENT IN THE
FOOTHILLS PARK RESUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, the City Council has been petitioned to vacate a six foot
(6' ) utility easement located within Lot 1, Block 4,1 of Foothills Park
Resubdivision, more particularly described below, and -'"
WHEREAS, the said utility easement is not presently needed, and
WHEREAS, it appears that the rights of the residents of the City of
Fort Collins will in no way be prejudiced or injured by the vacation of
said utilit easement y)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the following utility easement, more particularly described as
follows, to-wit
A parcel of land in Lot 1, Block 4 of Foothills Park
Resubdivision according to the recorded plat thereof,
said resubdivision being a Resubdivision of Foothills
Park and a Subdivision of a part of the SE 1/4 of the
SW 1/4 of Section 26, Township 7 North, Range 69 West
of the 6th Principal Meridian, City of Fort Collins,
County of Larimer, State of Colorado, being more
particularly described as follows
Commencina at the Northwest corner of the E 112 of the
W 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 26,
Township 7 North, Range 69 'Test of the 6th Principal
Meridian, said point also beinq the Northwest corner of
Lot 1, Block 4, thence S 0020'10" E, 30 00 feet along
the Westerly boundary of said Lot 1, Block 4, thence N
89046140" E, 6 00 feet to the true point of beginning,
thence N 89°46 '40" E, 83 00 feet, thence S 0'20'10" E,
6 00 feet, thence S 89'46'40" W, 83 00 feet, thence N
0°20'10" W, 6 00 feet to the true point of beginning,
be, and the same hereby is, abolished, vacated and abated
